Core Circuit – 1 Kettlebell

10 – Modified Deck Squat

10 – Toes to ceiling with alternating leg lower (each leg)

10 – Single leg bridge (each leg ,hold bell in two hands)

10 – Single leg slingshot (each leg, each direction 40 total)

  • Beginner: 3 Sets
  • Intermediate: 4 Sets
  • Advanced: 5 Sets
