Today you will be doing 20 minutes of:
Alternating Snatches or Hand to hand swings to forehead height.

1/4 mile run

• Beginners: Do 5 repetitions or Hand to hand swings to forehead height.
• Intermediates: Do 8 repetitions.
• Advanced: Do 10 repetitions.
