Short on time?  The Super Shake is an excellent way to get everything you need in a healthy meal in less than 5 minutes.  So many “green drink” recipes out there are loaded down with too much sugar.  Here’s how to create a well balanced shake that contains minimal sugar and artificial ingredients, high quality protein, fruits and vegetables, fiber, and health fat:

  1. Start with a blender
  2. Pick a 4-8 ounces of a liquid
  3. Add 1-2 scoops of quality protein powder
  4. Add 1-2 handfuls of vegetables
  5. Add 1-2 handfuls of fruit
  6. Add 1-2 thumb size portions of healthy fat
  7. Add a topper
  8. Blend until smooth
  9. Enjoy a well balanced meal in a glass!

Need an example?

  • 4 0z water
  • 2 scoops Bullet proof whey
  • 1 /2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 banana
  • 2 thumb sized portions of walnuts
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon and 5-6 ice cubes
