KORE Wellness Kettlebell Training: Absolutely Horrible

Core Circuit (1 kettlebell)
Today you will be doing:
Bridge then Floor Press (Opposite foot down as arm presses)
Modified Deck Squats
Torso Rotations
Alternating leg lowers
Beginner: 10 reps of each for 3 sets
Intermediate: 10 reps of each for 4 sets
Advanced: 10 reps of each for 5 sets
